    Check in is easy, they accept the luggages earlier than check in time which is nice. The staff is just great. I really liked how clean the room was. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were adequate and clean. The location is good, close to Hakata station; by walk around 10-12 minutes. Neighborhood is family friendly and good (like many areas in beautiful Fukuoka..). It is just near perfect! Would come and stay again.

    Nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Hard to find the location, even taxi driver. But it is still a nice apartment to stay ❤️

    The apartment was huge by Japanese standards, the beds super comfy and the kitchen great for making breakfast and dinner after a long day out. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English which is always good. It was quite close to Hakata Station but we would have liked a little more life close by - although that said it was very very quiet at night and there was a good supermarket just around the corner.

    Very friendly staff, easy check in process. It is around 15 mins walk from Hakata Station and also walk distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Facilities are clean and quite new.

    So back again at the place we stayed at when we first arrived in Fukuoka we picked it again due to the room size & already knew the area. This time we were given a room on level 2 which had a much better layout than lvl 3. as lounge was set out properly. These really are great apartments as they are fully furnished & u can cook or go out & who doesn't want to buy a bit of wage to fry up at home to compare to BBQ outside..;) these rooms have washing machines, outside clothes hangers, microwaves, gas hob, double fridge freezer couch two beds, tv full bathroom sep toilet.

    Front desk people are friendly and very helpful. When we arrived, room heater was already on so we didn’t feel coldness from the beginning. Room was spacious enough and clean, washing machine in the room with detergent were very helpful as we travelled before arriving Hakata. Once you know the area easy to walk to the stations and Hakata was a great city to walk around.

    Location is quiet and not so far from the main station of JR, Subway and Bus. Room is big and very clean. Comfort beds too. Really best for small family.
