    Excellent hotel. Rajesh is wonderful, so helpful and friendly. He came to our rescue with painkillers and finding a dentist when I broke my tooth. The location is great, wonderful views (if it's not monsoon season covered in cloud) across the valley and mountain. Be warned it is a steep uphill climb to the hotel, but everything in Darjeeling is a steep uphill or downhill climb. Short walk to Chowrasta (main square), pedestrian street (with loads of shops, restaurants etc), clock tower. Short walk to railway station - downhill. We walked to the tea plantation, mountaineering musuem and the cable car from there. Room and bathroom were clean and breakfast was great. Excellet value for money, would definitely stay again. A huge thank you to Rajesh for being such a wonderful person.

    The location of the hotel is very good. Near to taxi stand, mall road and station. View from the room window is just out of this world. The staffs are very cooperative and professional. Evrything is awsome. Just to reach there need to exercise a little as every hotel there is at height. Better to book a private cab or taxi to reach at the hotel.

    Great view from the bed onto the mountain range in the morning. We were lucky with the weather. Friendly staff and short walking distance to the center. As everything in Darjeeling, be prepared for the uphill walking.

    The location is close to the Darjeeling Clock tower and about 10-min walk to the bazaar. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

    The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. The room has an incredible view, you feel to be In The clouds but unfortunately it wasn’t clear whilst I was there. It it is a budget hotel and so it was basic. Quite cold. Bed was comfy. You can rent a little fire which I didn’t realise. Sometimes the room was colder than outside. But I did enjoy staying there for the view and the kindness of the staff. I would though rather be warmer than have a TV.

    Good view at a less price. We stayed at Room no. 104. You can have a full view of Kangchenjunga if you put your head out the Window. Unobtrusive and pleasant staffs. Geyser is not centrally controlled. So, all times availability of hot water. Water supply and electricity is mostly uninterrupted. Most channels are available on TV. Enough blankets for cold weather. Location is secure as it is near the Prasar Bharati TV station and a Police Chawki. Two nearby grocery shops are open till quite late in the night.

    One thing surprised that,as per my knowledge GST will be charged above Rs.1000/,but The Crown Valle charged 12percent GST on RS.900/ per day terrif,for 4days they charged RS.825/extra,why ?? I will produce this receipt to appropriate place.
