The staff were excellent. I stayed at this property for a month and then extended our stay an extra week. There were two Nepalese cleaners who serviced our room every day. They consistently did a really great job and are a credit to the hotel. Likewise the lifeguards at the swimming pool who kept smiling despite the excessive July and August heat. However, the whole staff were great. We dealt with the waiting staff in the restaurant, the bell boy, the reception staff and they were all great. There is a female security guard and my young daughter would draw pictures of Cinderella to show her! Everytime she saw her she would say "I like her." A very friendly place.

Asif, purna and madhav.they are not only cleaning but also try to put thier special touches inside the room. - mr. Karam in the reception has really showed a very friendly and professional attitude with high level.performance amd so much care about customer satisfaction. He makes me seriously start planning my next visit to this hotel.

The room were very spacious and the cleaners did excelently in the daily cleaning of the room. Also the front desk guy was really quite helpful in my settling in. All the staff were very friendly. And the location of the hotel is very good

Amazing view with the canal Very good located, near Bay Square, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa The staff is very helpful and friendly, always around to serve and help. Especially Karam, which is a high professional. He helped me with my reservation and he was always there to answer my questions and guide me. Overall it was an excellent stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Near Dubai Mall! Area is nice and quiet except for the on-going construction works in front of the hotel. Our check-out timing was extended to compensate, almost 3 hours without water.
