    Everything thing about this place is great. We stayed here for 2 nights on a biking trip, the owner couldn’t have done more to accommodate us. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is perfect. The owner is a great chef and lovely man. Will definitely go back next year. Food in his restaurant looked good also but sadly we didn’t get chance to try it.

    Owners were a lovely Belgian couple. Very friendly. Their restaurant food looked and smelled awesome... however we dined out elsewhere whilst on our trips around the area. Great location right in the middle of Ypres. Shops and bars all in easy walking distance. Two minute walk from Menin gate memorial too.

    The location of the Hotel is about two streets away to the rear of the " Cloth Hall" the famous landmark of Ypres (Ieper) just off the market square with all its shops, pubs and lots of places to get something to eat. The hotel is about 10 min's gentle walk to the" Menin Gate" which is a must with its very moving evening ceremony. The " In Flanders Field museum" is contained within the Cloth Hall, the entrance to which is in the front and is well worth the visit. The people of Ypres are very friendly and a better start point for your trip if you are doing a Tour of the Battlefields could be not better found than in Ypres.

    The bed was comfortable, the shared bathroom was very clean with a good, powerful shower. Room was nice and bright. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Good continental breakfast. Fabulous location for the Market Square and the Menin Gate.

    Basically everything, the hosts are wonderful people and if you decide to purchase breakfast or go out to eat in the restaurant, you will get your money's worth. It's a 15 min walk from the Ieper station and 5 min to the city center, so you're everywhere in a hop.

    The accommodation met our needs exactly and the location was ideal being so close to the main square and the Menin Gate.
