    Professional & fast check in & out process. Staff were helpful & polite - bell men, reception, housekeeping & security. Basement secure parking & ease access to the apartment. Supermarket & pharmacy within 3 minutes walk.

    Good large apartment in a good location. Staff were efficient and helpful. Reasonably appointed but a little dated.

    The beds were comfy i liked the gym not enough beds we preferred 5 or 6 but that’s okay. It was clean and they always organised everything while you were gone the staff were nice and the facilities were good too overall an 8 out of 10

    Everything was great, I was amazed at how big the rooms are, house keeping was round the clock, the staff are amazing as well very friendly and helpful. It took me two days to finish payment as the change rate at the hotel was lower than the exchange rate so they said it’s ok I can change outside and pay them later.
