    Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad, privacidad y seguridad que aportaba el alojamiento. Seguridad 24h en la entrada del recinto. Espacios muy cuidados y limpios. La villa está muy cuidada y muy bien acondicionada.

    Location is so so, if you stay in Pramana Swan Hotel definitely you need a car. The house is great and private pool is definitely a good idea.Beach is not for swimming. Breakfast could be better. Maybe open buffet is better idea.

    Staff where lovely, pool villa was perfect, very clean & comfy. Location was like bali 10yrs ago, quiet & cruisey.

    Very comfy bed, spacious bedroom & living areas including kitchen, large clean pool. Staff were all so friendly and happy to help. Dharma was probably our favourite, one of the most polite people we met on our trip. Breakfast was included and available at the restaurant on the ocean front. Lunch and dinner had a choice of room service or dining at the restaurant. Beautiful views of the waves and sparkling black sand beach. Gardens were all immaculate. Great place for relaxing, spending your days lazing by your own private pool or surfing at Keramas (board hire at Komune, a short walk away).

    We loved the privacy having been given a large villa for just two of us. Kitchen, lounge, pool for our exclusive use at a very reasonable cost. Impeccably clean, private and super relaxing. Gardens beautiful. Set on a tree lined street of similar villas, felt super safe and secure. Staff respectful and very friendly. We love the Balinese people. We ate at the Swan restaurant down the road, breakfast included in the price. Adi the Manager gracious and charming. Our morning waitresses Nopi and Widiara and our evening waiter Darma just delightful. So genuinely friendly and helpful. A great experience for us thank you. Plentiful breakfast too.

    I love the friendliness of the staff. The personnel is always smiling, always helping, and these people are the shiny spot of the whole vacation. The villa was spacious and quiet, and we enjoyed the privacy in the villa's pool.
