    Staff were really helpful. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Everyone is friendly and solution oriented. Tülay and Nevzat are both were extremely helpful and understanding. The best thing about this hotel is no doubt it is very central location.

    Great location for tourists and safe for family/kids. Clean room (as expected from such a hotel). Great breakfast, all we needed was there; a mix of traditional and other styles of breakfast. Nearby tourist locations (moved short distances using the relatively cheap turkish taxis). Overall a very good choice and good value for money.

    That warm cookie after a 5 hour bus ride was bliss. Mikail at reception was an absolute legend and helped me plan my travel to Cesme. Excellent value for money and good location.

    Good location, minutes from the sea front, good spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Check in girl was an acquired taste, but other staff pleasant. Business centre printer broken, so unable to check in for flights and print cards.

    Good position in the center of Izmir, near to metro station and shopping district. The staff was nice and professional, they were ready to satisfy all of our requests.
