We were returning to stay at Dukes exactly 20 years after our last stay, to the day. It was our 20th wedding anniversary. The experience far exceeded our expectations, from the initial greeting, to our departure the next day. The room was amazing (enormous four poster bed) and very spacious, and the cooked breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Perfect location, within a five minute walk of the bustling centre of Bath, and with the parking permit we were able to park just outside. We won't leave it another 20 years before returning, that's for sure! Thanks for an excellent stay.

Location was absolutely excellent. Rooms are well appointed. Decor very tasteful. Staff are courteous and helpful. Parking is on the public road through a parking permit system. This worked well for us as there were plenty of spaces in front of the hotel that day/ time. Very nice residents lounge / bar on the lower ground floor.

Beautiful character Georgian building in a quiet, elegant, neighborhood close to the city centre. Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
