    Everything was perfect. Lily could not have been more helpful. The place is exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Ypres.

    Very clean, rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast good. Location good for public transport (near station and bus station) parking outside.

    Very modern and 5 mins walk from the centre. Staff friendly, breakfast was great would stay again next time in Ypres.

    Booked a family suite- actually two rooms and a kitchenette. Separate doors opposite each other- worth knowing if you have very young children. Very clean rooms, with modern bathrooms and facilities to make tea/coffee. Parking available next to hotel, with a permit from the owner. Cafe close by seemed popular- an easy 8-10 minute walk from Main Square. It’s v close to station. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

    Nice B&B just next to the city center. Nice room, great badroom and a very good breakfast! Can recommend the location especially if you are not traveling by car, you will find that the location is practically next to the railway station. Photos are from the Menenpoort, the local cathedral, the Australian monument near Passchendaele and Hill 60/62, Tyne Cot Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery (excuses, Bookings.com software turns the photo's). The last is an advertisement from a local beer shop.

    The rooms were a lovely size with comfy beds and huge bathrooms. The owner was lovely and catered for our every need. The location to Ypres centre was very easy and central. Would love to stay there again if we were in the area
