    Te dejan bicis. Hay servicio de desplazamiento a una playa. Acceso a una playa privada por ser de ese hotel.desayuno variado.

    Breakfast was excellent every day and the staff were superb. I told the Manager and she passed on my comments to the staff. I had an accident whilst I was at the hotel and the staff were amazing, so helpful. They even rang the airline to get assistance for me. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff.

    10-15 minutes walk to the old city Free bikes Nice garden and pool area. The garden and outside bar are really nice if you want to sit for a while late in the evening. Prices are unreasonably high though. There were two young ladies at the front desk who were very very helpful and kind, upon arrival they upgraded me to a Delux room and when I wanted to book another night, they came up with the suggestion to book the premier room and they would allow me to change to the premier room the night before, which worked perfect for me. The other staff are not unfriendly but don’t expect a very warm treatment or any extra efforts. They just do what they should do.

    The pool area was fantastic, the bikes provided are great to get into the old town as it’s a couple blocks back, which is fine because it’s not as busy, but you need to get in early as there is a limited number of bikes. The room was great, comfy beds. The free shuttle to the beach was a highlight for me, the beach is beautiful, peaceful and secluded! Buffet breakfast was also great, and attached restaurant Spice Viet was delicious.

    Location in walking distance of old town. Loves the bikes and easy ride to the rice paddies which are gorgeous. Great close food options. Recommend the street behind the hotel for lunch options, lantern making and spa. Love Hoi an! The staff at Emm were so helpful organising a private car for us to go to My Son and an airport transfer. They were so friendly and lovely!

    The location and facilities at the hotel were excellent. After travelling around the Central Highlands of Vietnam for 2 weeks it was a welcomed taste of luxury with friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms (including hairdryer!), incredible breakfast selections and bonus of having towels available at the Pool (along with well priced Cocktails!)

    The staff was always helpful and friendly. Location was good, a short walk to the old town. It was great chilling out next to the pool during hot afternoons. Good selection for breakfast. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. Highly recommended
