    good buffet food and the location to have breakfast cannot be bettered , Everything about our holiday experience was excellent . we had great sea views and the beach was less than a 60 second walk away . Bar area and food 10/10 staff were so helpful and pleasant . would definitely go again for a relaxing beach break

    The restaurant on the beach sold this property to me and it didn’t disappoint. It has fabulous views, lovely staff and great food. No need to go anywhere else. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, much better than expected.

    It is amazing. Clean, everything is close: de bar, the restaurant, which has a really tasteful l food, the supermarkets, the pool, the sea, bus station. We had a room with an amazing view. Ia is also a very good place for families with children. We will turn back for.sure.

    We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was great for two adults and two teenagers. The apartment was kept nice and clean during our visit as was the whole hotel area in general. The beach was sandy and quite shallow and there were plenty of sun beads at the beach and by the pool. The staff at the hotel and the beach bar were very friendly and helpfull. The beach bar served a tasty breakfast with a perfect sea view. They also have a good sized menu with moderate prices so that you don't have to wonder out for lunch or even for dinner, but if you want then you don't have to go far since there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The bus to Chania stops about 50 meters from the hotel and it runs every 10-20 minutes so that's an easy way to get to the city if the beach life gets too dull. I would definately stay in Esperides again.

    You could see they take very good care of their property. The yard was nice and clean and they were preparing for the upcoming tourist season. Rooms are simple but clean and have a balcony. The pool area is nice, beach is just at a doorstep and the beach bar is with excellent service and excellent food. It is nice to eat breakfast outside the hotel near the beach and in open air.

    Location of the property was excellent, it had beach nearby, 2 pools and outdoor bar/cafe. Everything was very clean and well looked after, staff in the cafe as well as the apartments were amazing Cleaners are the best we have seen, very helpful and cleaned daily!
