    Everthing was perfect.It's a very lovely,cozy,spacious hotel. Only a few steps on the beach, and has a beutiful view. Also, incredibly kind.

    The hostess (Anastasia) is super kind and welcoming. She even played with our 3 year old daughter :) This is the true beach front location with private sunbeds and umbrellas.

    Everything - it's perfect. But if I have to pick one thing, the attention to detail in the cleaning and the preparation of the room is better than I've seen before for such a place.... But then the view, the breeze, the sound of the sea, family vibe,... Yeah, it's perfect.

    Kristall Suites is exactly what we needed for vacation on Crete. :) It is like on the photos and even more beautiful-ambient of the property, it's the most beautiful compared to others around, exterior is giving you a feeling that you are in more luxury space, little cute private beach, big and small terrace with amazing sea view, comfort of the apartment ( inside everything that you might need ), super clean and spacey, cleaning on a daily basis, location ( Chania center is 15 minutes away ), great hospitality of the owner Anastasia, really making you feel welcome, relaxed and like home. When we come back to Crete, for sure we will stay there again! :)

    I want to thank Maria and her mother for this amazing opportunity to be a guest in this beautiful hotel . They did everything to do our staying comfortable and great ! The apartment is very lovely and clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a beautiful sea view! I hope I’ll come here one more time ! Many regards and thank you very much ❤️

    Extraordinary place, in our opinion the best on this part of the coast. The house is beautiful, standing close to the sandy beach. It has a small tropical garden with tall trees that provide a natural shade. The house is functional and elegant. It provides both - space and privacy at the same time, which is pleasant. Apartments are clean, tastefully and aesthetically furnished, completely equipped - there is nothing to reproach. The owners and staff are very helpful and welcoming. If you need anything, they will advise, explain and arrange. You can rely on them. We liked it very much. We will definitely come here again. Terézia and Dušan

    Maria and Frau Anastasia are great hosts!! They gave us almost a home like feeling. Cleanliness and centralised AC in room are remarkable. Beach behind hotel is quite nice and enough umbrellas are available freely along with beach towels. WiFi works problem less ( even on beach behind). By car you can reach places like Falarsarna and Elafonissi beaches in around an hour. Chania can be reached by local (may be crowded) bus. Plenty of restaurants around as dining options are available.( My son liked fast food in front of the hotel called friendly's food) Super markets are also on walking distance. In summary, we had quite memorable family trip and I would recommend this highly.
