    Great location, close to the park and lake and a short walk away from the underground station. Easy to find parking (€1/hr from 08:00 to 20:00 Mon to Sat) just outside the property. Comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroot with a nice shower. Friendly and helpful owner who made us feel welcome and well looked after. A microwave oven and a small fridge are available in the shared entrance area.

    The guest house is brand new and the rooms are super clean. It was a real pleasure to stay in the guest house. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While there is no breakfast offered in the guest house, there are plenty of options in the street and the staff's recommendations are excellent.

    Room was surprisingly modern with a nice bathroom. The father and son were great in response our booking as our original hotel cancelled our booking on booking.com. They were 20 minutes from the airport, was convieniant for us as we needed to leave at 5am the next day. A good place to stay in Rome for early flights home the next day.

    Ottima posizione nel cuore dell'Eur a pochi metri dalla metropolitana B Marconi con la quale in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro della città. Sulla strada dove si trova la guest house sono presenti molti locali. Giuliano, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile, Mi sono piaciute le modalità di accesso e la camera ed il bagno sono ben arredate, pulite e confortevoli. Consiglio questo posto,
