    Pedimos dos camas singles; no hubo inconvenientes, nos aconsejaron hacer una excursión que estuvo muy buena !!!!

    When i Checked in on October 10 around 2pm,i told the receptionist that time (im so sorry i forgot her name)that it was my first time to stay in your hotel,so make my stay enjoyable and memorable so i would love coming back.True enough,she was so helpful to me and even little requests i asked of her,she attended it.The people are very helpful.When i entered the room it was awesome.Like the furnitures and the bed cushion is so soft.the bathroom is very clean,and all toiletress are available.Superb stay i had in your hotel..i would definitely want to come back.Thank you.

    I chaired an international conference which took place at this hotel. I also stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff, Harman, Wagdy especially, stood out for me - helpful, courteous and professional. I have no issue with the conference meeting rooms, facilities or the hotel provision. Some 20 conference delegates stayed at the hotel; I have no doubt that they will have their own story to tell.

    I arrived at the hotel very late in the night, but was impressed with the level of professionalism and mannerism displayed by the staff. Booking.com upgraded me to an executive room, which was good (although I could not see any real difference from the "standard room" used by a colleague).

    The staff were a delight they could not do enough to make you feel welcome and all queries were instantly responded to Food was good as was support for the conference equipment etc.
