    La habitación es muy bonita, no hay ruidos, te dejan una cafetera con café y botellas de agua. Está a 10-15 minutos del centro.

    The apatments is not so big but it's very comfortable and clean. Host was very kind and friendly - available online almost every time and helped us with airport transfer by himself with comfort and accuracy.

    Excellent location in very quitly Bologna's zone,we have appreciated very easy local trasportation near ,bus,taxy ,We can go to the city in aboit 15 minuts.Many good shop around

    The owner was very helpful and reachable. We found bottle of water, coffee and candies in room, very nice gesture. Quit neighborhood, with 20 min walk from the center. Definitely would recommend it.

    It is not far from the center of Bologna, in a neighborhood with many tall flats. About 20-25 minutes walking to the main attractions. Well arranged, quiet during the two nights we spent there. Fair price for the quality (especially the bathroom is nice, except the noisy motor!).

    Location close to Bologna Trade Fair (within walking distance). Change of bed sheets after 3 nights (out of 5) - this was a very pleasant albeit unexpected surprise! Bottles of water provided for free on a daily basis - unexpensive yet effective sign of care for the guests.

    The Smart check in was very convenient for us. The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. There is a coffee machine in the room.
