room was simple but great and had everything we needed.

Lovely and airy room. The aircon was a nice touch. The breakfast tray was refilled each day and it was great to have real coffee on tap! Friendly welcome on arrival. It's a 15 mn walk to the old town. You can even see it from the balcony. Would highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

Clean, comfy and the owner was looking after all our needs. The location is about 10-15 min away from the city centre by bus and the local bus has regular routes going on...close to the train station too....overall it was great...

Room and bathroom are clean and nice. Breakfast stuff is provided every day by the house keeper. In the apartment entrance (were the four rooms are located) a small but well equipped kitchen is available to the guests. Bologna centre is 15min walking west side. Car parking out of the building door is not free but with some patience and luck a free one can be found nearby.

Excellent lodging if you are up to a small stroll. Easy to find, and a bonus is that walking towards it takes you to via zamboli which is full of students and fun
