Location is great. The 3 bedroom suite is very spacious and had all the facilities we needed for a 4 night stay.

I have stayed in Hotels and Apartments all around the world, both for work and travelling with family and I have never been more impressed than I have been with this place. The apartment was huge (we had a three bedroom with study) the location was perfect, we had a view over to the bund and every night the lights were amazing. The facilities are also first class, there were two gyms, two saunas and two pools. There were games rooms for the kids and a great breakfast every morning. I could not fault anything about the place. We were even given complimentary water and fruit in the room every day as well as soft drinks and snacks on arrival. It is absolutely perfect for a family.

Check in staffs are very friendly, there is a short hair lady very impressed us.

A nice luxurious comfortable home 'away from home experience'. Quiet and relaxing environment even though it is in the financial district. Staffs are polite and service is good. They even came to fix the heater at 9pm. They have shuttle service to nearby areas. The apartment is fully equip with all the necessary amenities fridge, dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer, wifi router, microwave and conventional oven etc. There is plenty of space and the 5 of us felt truly comfortable, relaxed and had our own space and privacy. There is the nearby Superbrand mall and Metro station within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast selection was acceptable. Nothing fanciful. Not crowded.

Excellent situation on waterfront. Good amenities' close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. A little expensive but you get what you pay for. Close to Hangpu river ferries for access to West Bund and balcony view from 23rd floor was exceptional. Included breakfast was beyond expectations and anyone with any tastes should find plenty to eat in the fine restaurant, including vegetarians.

La zona de estar de la habitación estaba muy bien para cabían 8-10 personas. El apartamento ofrece excelentes vistas al Bund y a la torre de Shanghai a ambos lados.

El personal fue muy servicial, especialmente Kevin en recepción, que se desvivió por ayudar. La suite también estaba bien equipada y la ubicación era muy conveniente, a un corto trayecto en ferry al Bund.
