    Un sitio con encanto, fuera del bullicio del centro histórico, y acogedor. El personal muy amable. También nos hicieron la colada por un buen precio en unas horas. La piscina estupenda, aunque el agua muy caliente, no refrescaba!

    El personal excelente! Muy amable muy servicial y atento en todo momento pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodas. Nos buscaron un chófer privado al aeropuerto con un poco de tour. Trato excelente!!!

    Very nice, clean and charming homestay with a swimming pool which is really apreciated. Rooms (family) is very big and well equipped. Staff is very helpfull but also discrete. Having breakfast in the covered area near the swimming pool is also very cool ! The location is overall quiet. Good beach at a stone throw. Some nice and above average restaurants in the nearby.

    Super friendly staff, nice and chilled villa, clean pool, great breakfast and beach easily reachable via 15 min per bike or faster per scooter - all rentable at the villa. Also they organised our follow-up bus. Overall excellent.

    Location was very good. An easy and safe bike ride through scenic rice paddies to the beach. You will need something like google maps until you know the route. Good internet site coverage. Very helpful site staff.

    This Villa is a little Gem. Thong especially made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. Her english was excellent and she was especially patient when the four of us were asking endless questions in our first time stay in Hoian. The Villa suited our needs really well and we had a memorable weeks stay. Breakfast was tasty and the fruit delicious, especially their home grown bananas

    Such a lovely place to stay, very homely - it is basic in a no frills way but the place was clean, super friendly and had a very comfy bed and good air conditioning. The pool area was fantastic and the breakfast whilst a limited selection was very delicious. The hosts were very accommodating and happy to help with taxis etc. Location is great and is about 4km bike to beach and a 5 min taxi to ancient town and the Hoi An town. A very comfortable place if you are content to see the real Hoi An and experience authentic local accommodation. Amazing value for money.

    The pool and the relaxation are by the pool were great! The breakfast was tasty. The breakfast area was very nice as well. The staff were very helpful. We loved the fact that they had free bikes! The location was very convenient with some great restaurants & cafes nearby. The ancient town is not far either (we walked there a few times). The room was very spacious. The bathroom & shower were good.

    Free cycle bikes, just a 5 minute cycle into old town and 15/20 minutes cycle to the beach. Staff were very helpful booking our taxi to the airport. We didnt sample the breakfast.
