    The beds are incredibly comfortable, staff members are really kind and the hotel looks very nice. Wifi is good, and even if the hotel is not in the city centre, it is very easy to get to as the train station is literally right behind the hotel.

    Recent renovation added some nice features to the rooms such as Tempur mattresses and this made for a very comfortable nights sleep. Staff really really helpful and friendly, very proud of their workplace.

    The behavior of staff was more than kind and cheerful. Also, the cleanness was perfect as well as size of room and bedrooms. Moreover, One bad incident happened to me and I had to tho throw away the blanket then when I described the story to the staff they showed me very kind and supportive response which made so thankful. To sum up, I highly recommend GLO hotel and I am sure I will back there again!

    Really friendly staff in all areas, bedrooms have been refurbished since my last stay there and the new beds are very comfortable. I thought the reception and restaurant staff were really polite and kind, always smiling and happy, they went out of their way to make sure I was looked after well. The location was great for me, just a few minutes walk from a large shopping mall, train station and of course the office I was working from.
