Goodings Grove Olive Farm is situated at the foot of the Wemmershoek Mountain in Franschhoek. It features patios with panoramic views of the Drakenstein and Franschhoek Mountain ranges.

Each luxury room, decorated in a country-style, features a patio and a private entrance. It comes equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The private bathroom includes a shower.

A farm breakfast is served at Goodings in the breakfast room or on the terrace overlooking the Franschhoek Mountains.

    Easy check-in and greeted by the owner. Beautiful property with pool, surrounded by olive groves, dog friendly with plenty of areas for walks. Great accommodation with comfortable bed, hot shower and sufficient heating in cold weather. Selection of cold/hot breakfast. We were happy with our choice.

    This accommodation option is located approx 3.5km out of Franschhoek on the main road. There are various units available for rent - we had one of the downstairs studio suites. The room was nicely supplied with a lot of heating options (good given the cold front that went through when we were there), limited DSTV, Wifi, and a kettle (unfortunately with only one tea-bag, given). Breakfast the following morning greatly exceeded our expectations, with a selection of breads and muffins, a wonderful fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals, and then a choice of 4 hot options.

    Breakfast was excellent and the location for us was ideal. The only comment we have is when we were returning to the farm in the dark, we missed the turn right (coming from the town) and had to double back, but wasnt an issue.

    Beautiful location, very tranquil with seating in the garden or around the pool for relaxing. The owners and staff were all so welcoming and it appears that nothing would have been too much trouble were one to ask. Breakfast was very varied to suit all tastes, the cooked options being done to order and very tasty and well presented.
