    La familia que reside en el hotel es súper hospitalaria,es un hotel con una piscina preciosa que está cerquita del centro de Hoian y a la vez alejado,pero muy cómodo para ir en bicis que te las dejan gratis. Si volvería a Hoian no dudaría en repetir la experiencia.

    La hospitalidad y amabilidad del equipo, desde la primera hasta la última persona desde el momento en que llegas.Te hacen sentir como en casa. Te prestan bicicletas de forma gratuita para llegar hasta el centro,en 10 minutos y siendo un paseo muy tranquilo y agradable.

    We loved everyone who worked here - they were all so lovely and went out and above to help with anything we needed. We originally were in a room up the top as it was most quiet and after a big group of people had checked out they moved us into a different room which was amazing. The pool was nice, it was the second spot we stayed in Hoi an and we liked the location.. handy to get everywhere if you have a scooter we had no issues with getting around! Might be a little further if you’re walking. Also they gave us a packet or Oreos and water for our flight early the next morning. Would definitely recommend :)

    We was staying one week at this property and have a great time. Especially i have to mention hosts how was so friendly and helpful. We was getting great service and feel like being friends not only customers. Thanks for your hospitality. Facilities, room and breakfast was excellent. Property was great value for money. Tip; rent a motorbike at the property, you will see much more and save your feet a lot. Just be careful for traffic.

    Friendly staff. We arrived really early as the night bus dropped us off early hours of the morning. The woman was really nice and allowed us to check in early as the room was available. She helped us plan our activities. There were good choices for breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay

    From the moment we stepped out of our taxi the staff bent over backwards for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They offered us water instantly on arrival and explained were everywhere is in town. They provide free bicycles but for the braver you can hire a moped from them(around £4 a day). We opted for the moped. We booked there largest room and it was amazing. The pool is so relaxing. All in all an amazing place. Highly recommend the hotel

    Our best accomodation in Vietnam. Friendly stuff, good breakfast, beautiful room and great swimming pool. Can only recommend this place. A little bit out of the city and the caos but they have free bikes and also cheep scooters to rent.
