    Very clean and in a beautiful setting, nice and relaxed atmosphere...the staff are fantastic...good English and very attentive without being over the top. Nice of them to bring me drinks whilst I was doing some work and very happy to use the shuttle car for meals into town.

    Started off with welcome and offer pf drink from the bar. Selected a yukata (robe) for use around the hotel, which was incredibly comforable. Lovely inside and outdoor public bath (women or men only), sauna and general hygiene facilities. The staff offered drop off and pick up service to local restaurant and bus/train depot.

    Really classy service, nice private jacuzzi rental and free public baths. Very comfortable and good staff. Breakfast was amazing and they catered for vegetarians (give notice)

    The place is very nice designed, nearly " over the top" ; near all kind of museums and places to go. We could upgrade a bit and had a private onsen/bath tub. The rooms are OK; well designed. There is an outside with the bath tub and one chair (only)

    Everything ❤️ This place is stunning We booked for 2 nights and extended to 4! Really quiet They use a shuttle car to take you restaurants and the bus stop You must go to the glass museum The hot springs are amazing My friends all want to stay here!!
