    Stayed with family , one of the rooms where smelly like mouldy smell and the carpet was wet and had a camp bed in and the other one smelt really bad like mould and there was a really noisy machine outside my window so didn’t get any sleep , told reception and they said there was nothing they could do and they would pass it on to house keeping , some rooms need a upgrade and new carpets

    The ladies on reception were fantastic,the lift was broken and as I suffer fromCOPD I could not make to the four floor and the young ladies changed our room to the first floor and carried case for use,gold star award. Evening meal we had the special deal which was extremely tasty and fantastic value,served to us by an amazing friendly lovely young man who even though he was rushed of his feet,staff shortage we felt in this area,he still smiled and made us feel special another gold star

    Room size was quite good and we had a proper single bed for our 11 year old. Staff were all fine, though I didn't really speak to them much. It was as quiet as you could hope for in the area.
