    El desayuno es caro pero muy correcto. El personal muy amable, todo sin problemas. Buena temperatura en la habitación, espacio, silencio, parking perfecto.

    The staff were excellent. Camelia on the main desk was a model of excellence. The breakfast staff were excellent. In fact, had it not been for the courtesy, warmth and good nature of the staff this place would struggle a bit, I suspect. There were some nice touches e.g. free bags of sweets. Parking was ok.

    Loved the staff! The service was impeccable! We were treated with such warmth and professionalism. If I requested anything they went above and beyond to meet my needs. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The variety at breakfast was brilliant and I really enjoyed it. I will be staying again for sure!

    Parking was excellent, the four members of staff where great Charmaine overheard my conversation with my partner & advise me to see her colleague Keisha who gave me a choice of different rooms, as the first room was although clean on the surface the curtains were dusty that’s why we came down & we were talking about it. The breakfast was fine, Omar was very welcoming. The 3rd day I was asked by Racheal if I enjoyed our stay we said we still weren’t too happy with the room, it’s the overall decor over the room that makes it drab old & dated for a hotel with this name!! Would we recommend this place to anyone Not really but the four staff who dealt with us were excellent as I’m sure they’re used to dealing with these type of complaints & were seamless in their efforts to accommodate us!
