    Good facilities, great location for our stay airport close, public transport close, free parking. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Only stayed one night but all seemed very nice in bar and reception area.

    Hotel is definitely built to 4-star standards but unfortunately, it is run like a mediocre 3-star hotel. Breakfast is not very good with every ting from toast to scrambled eggs were overcooked/burnt. Room was not very clean and you could see marks on the carpet and chair upholstery.

    Good value for money Hotel close to M4 with large free car park, plenty lifts and comfortable room with good en-suite shower room. We were visiting Kew Gardens which was an easy 10 minute drive away. Spacious guest areas and free wi-fi came in handy. Swimming pool would have been good if we had more time.

    This was rather unplanned stay and we are glad we could find this hotel the very last minute. Staff is very helpful, hotel is clean and modern with great outdoor parking. It has good conference facilities and is close to the airport. We have been provided with baby cot (free of charge). The room is quite spacious and has tea/coffee facility. Overall, it is a very good option for 1 night stay. We have not tried spa and breakfast, therefore I cannot comment on them.
