    Excellent value, close to the subway to London or Heathrow. Very nice room and private bathroom/shower all looked close to new, plenty of hot water whenever you needed it. Small bar downstairs for that evening drink which also doubles as the breakfast area. If you decide on the morning breakfast, it is filling enough to get you through the day. Staff were very friendly, and helped numerous times with directions to different areas/restaurants. Overall a great stay that didn’t cost an arm and leg.

    We had a very friendly greeting on arrival and even had bag carried up to the room. The room was comfortable and quiet, despite being on Heathrow flightpath! Breakfast was great. We were given local recommendations for eating out which proved very good.

    Over all, the service from checking in to checking out all gone very smooth, staff very helpful and over all the property was very clean

    The furnishing of the room is good. Area is nice and quiet. Very close to the tube station, so if coming from the airport it is good. But beware, this tube station has no lifts, so if having heavy luggage it will be a little work.

    Location very good as near Heathrow airport. Alex the manager was very helpful attentive and kept asking if everything satisfactory and if needed anything. Room was perfect bed was good clean had a good night sleep. Will stay there again

    Close the the train station, breakfast was really great and the room was clean. Hangers were provided and there was a good sized TV that worked. Staff were mostly pleasant. Secure parking round the back which was handy. Windows block out a lot of the noise from the airport. A fan was provided in the room. The bathroom and shower was really big.

    No i m not happy it is cheating nothing was good no parking room was bad and small no schranke fur clothes bath was in bad condition very hot water 264 plus 30 £ parking paid not good service best time I have to about it thanks

    I stayed in a single room with en suite which was small but very well decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. A special thank you to the lovely lady that cleans and prepares the rooms as well as cooking a very nice breakfast in the morning.
