    El desayuno esta muy bueno y la piscina se agradece después de los largos días visitando la ciudad. Además el personal es muy amable y te da todas las facilidades, a nosotros después de hacer el check out nos guardaron las mochilas y nos dejaron las bicis para aprovechar la mañana e ir a la playa tranquilamente. Además muy cerca del hotel hay varios restaurantes donde se come muy bien y a precios económicos.

    The place and the family is amazing! They are very very helpful, they make sure everything is perfect to you they give you bicycle and good advice, the breakfast is lovely and the pool is totally amazing, i would recommend to my best friends and family to stay there without hesitation.

    The room we got was spacious, with the balcony, the bed was comfortable. Rooms and pool are cleaned daily. The location is also great, it’s in the quiet area, because it is a little bit out of the town, but there are nice restaurants with local food nearby and if you want to get to the centre you can borrow bikes for free. The ride takes only 7-10 min. Generally great value for money.

    So cozy! We booked three more nights, because we liked it and Hoi An very much. The people running it are so nice and sweet. The price per night was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!

    Beautiful villa in the old quarter of hoi an. Very quiet location, however there are a few restaurants withing 5-10 mins walk. The owner was extremely sweet and served us up a delicious breakfast every morning and also helped us with booking some tours. The room was large and clean and the outdoor pool was stunning. A very relaxing atmosphere.

    Lovely little place. Can’t fault the value! Only 30,000 Dong (about £1) in a cab to the centre of Hoi An town. Very clean, spacious room, we had the deluxe double with the balcony. Good hot shower. Lovely view over a paddy field. Lady very helpful, good English. Is down a small road / alley way, so make sure you have full address for cabs. Recommend.

    At first driving to the hotel at night looked a little worrying, but there were several homestays in the same location so it was fine. The hosts Phuong & Thran were extremely nice & helpful, anything we asked for they were more than willing to accommodate. 2 adults (1 room, 1 double bed) & 3 teenage children (1 room, 3 single beds) with a common veranda was great. They made up the rooms each morning and were very clean. Breakfast was ok and the pool was clean & refreshing. The location was half way between the beach & the night markets (2kms each way) but they supplied free bicycles which were great as it is very flat around that area, or taxis are always available on the main street about 50 meters away, it should cost about 20 -30k Dong for a taxi fare too these locations If you want better hotel you can pay for it else where, but value for money here was excellent.
