The design is nice and there is a pool which will be pleasant once all the construction finishes. The hotel refunded half the rate of my room due to our issues. They said this was so that I wouldn’t leave a bad review. I don’t think it’s fair to mislead other travellers by paying them off. We booked for 2 nights but left after the first one. If you train your staff in customer service, keep breakfast refreshed and fix the air con in all the rooms this will be a lovely hotel once the construction finishes.

This property looks exactly like the pictures! What you see is 100% what you get. The staff are lovely and the room was perfect. It was also our anniversary so they prepared a lovely surprise for our arrival which we really appreciated. They provide you with free bikes we used these everyday as it’s a bit of a walk into the ancient town but we enjoyed cycling through the rice fields so we didn’t mind! For such a good price we couldn’t complain thanks for having us!

The lodge had beautifully presented and spotlessly clean rooms with decent balconies. We looked at three rooms before choosing one on the middle floor. All were superb, each with a lovely en-suite and wonderful views of the rice paddy fields. The lodge is located at the end of a quiet lane, yet within very easy access of the centre of the gorgeous city of Hoi An. We loved having the free! bikes on a daily basis too (thank you)! Breakfast room was large and airy, set next to the excellent swimming pool. There was a wonderful selection of breakfast items; both continental and Vietnamese. The pool was superb, clean and long enough for a relaxing swim at the end of a day's excursion. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough for you. They were all really pleasant and always with a lovely smile. All in all this was one of the nicest places in Vietnam we stayed at during our 3 week stay in this wonderful and hospitable country.

Amazing hostel which was only opened a month prior to our stay so the photos are extremely accurate. The room was really nice and great views out to the fields behind. Too many good things to say- wonderful breakfast, very helpful staff, free bike hire, great location, pool which wasn’t too busy. Best place we have stayed in our trip and I would heavily recommend to anyone else.
