Clean and practical facilities. Surprinsingly good free coffee and tea. The room was spotless clean and the hotel was easy to get to. The staff tried their best to be helpful, although they are not properly trained.

The staff are polite and try to assist. They speak basic english. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is close to a meteo station, around 20 minutes from the Bund. They also provide washing machine and drier for free.

Check in was great with English being spoken no problem. The breakfast was fantastic and catered more than enough to our Western needs and we could enjoy it in a comfortable setting for 35RMB each / all you can eat. The whole hotel had an awesome smell due to the burning incense on every floor/ at elevators. Rooms were just like the picture on the website with a nice balcony (view from 26 floor was lovely) and we're happy we went with this hotel for it's chilled and quietish neighbourhood but still within easy reach to all major sights (Metro station 10 mins walk around the corner) and grocery store conveniently 2 shops away on the same block

The room was very big and clean. There is air condition/heating. The staff was very kind and helpful. It is not located in the city center but it has a good connection with subway.

Considering Shanghai is a big city, the hotel is good. Usually in big cities, like in Paris, or London, it's not easy to find a good hotel on normal price, but with this one I was totally happy. And for my reasons to come, the location was perfect.

A great tea with local fruits free for all guest in the lobby... it was wonderful! Bedroom clean and new. Bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet new and well working. Daily cleaning and towel changing. Maybe breakfast can be improved with more variety.
