    We used this hotel as a stop between Germany/Austria and Croatia. Locationwise this is a very good hotel. The room was clean and nice and breakfast was very good. Wifi was good as well and the staff was friendly. Private parking garage was also a big plus.

    Well located for an easy walk into the centre but situated in a quiet area next to a park. Excellent pool, good choice at breakfast. Top floor lounge bar has views over the town, especially nice at sunset. Underground parking (charges apply). Staff professional and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from railway/ bus station (via the Information centre square with fountain). Easy to reach by car from B20 - IF you know the way! From Munich/Salzburg follow signs for Lofer Pass not Bad Reichenhall centre and turn left after the Aral petrol station (after the back of the Rupertus Therme).

    The room was excellent, essentially a small suite with a door separating the main room from the wardrobe and bathroom/toilet area. There was an excellent balcony, looking out over the Alps where I could sit and read.

    Average older hotel with pool. Stargate to the '80s feeling. Nice location, near to the city center. Fresh towels, clean room. As simple as that.

    The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Even got a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite which was fantastic. Spacious room with a seperate seating are and in a quiet neighborhood. Really pleasant stay. Also big sized bathroom which I really enjoyed.

    Great view from the room balcony. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. On-site parking available. Very close to Rupertus Therme Spa.
