    I liked the welcome from the staff and soon as stoped in taxi they was very helpful I can only say good about this property as it’s my second stay and again its service is amazing breakfast was very nice and rooms very clean I did stay 1 extra night spoke to reception and all was good very pleasant stay again I will be coming back thank you to all staff and the stay

    The staff was outstanding- so helpful and friendly. They made you feel like you were family. The location is near Inya Lake and Aung San Suu Kyi's home. The price was right, In fact, it is a steal how little a good, large room costs.

    Everything!! Such sweet and friendly staff, very clean, quite and spacious rooms, they were very arranging, I recommend!

    It was a quiet place a bit outside of the city center. The room was in a good condition with a comfortable bed. We had all we needed and getting from there to the airport was easy.

    Good breakfast, also restaraunt provides a good menu for dinner and supper. The place is quiet and comfortable, the room is pretty big and has all utilities to feel comfortable: TV with HDMI, boiler to make a tea, hair dryer, fumigator to get read of mosquitos.

    The reception staff were great. They sorted out 2 bikes for us , arranged onward travel and the manager also was our taxi to the bus station at 6am. Room was clean and comfortable
