    Desayuno extraordinario. Habitación enorme. Uno de los onsen con tinas de madera es muy coqueto. El personal es superatento, se desvivió para enviarnos una maleta con Yamato.

    The space was quaint with a touch of timeless old school charm. The staff was Amazing!, hardworking, cheerful, helpful, efficient, friendly and responsive. The food was incredibly tasty, beautifully presented in a fashion reflective of art. Although the scoring system leaves the rating short of perfection our experience was a perfect 10!!!

    I really liked we had onsen in the hotel. Rooms were quite big for Japanese. The staff really tried to explain to every question we had. In the end they drove us to the Gora station

    Location is really good for a more remote hotel, perfect for a one night or more stay. Onsen are amazing, staff are very friendly and are used to English speaking guests. The food is fantastic and I recommend the Japanese style breakfast. I hope to stay again!

    The location of this hotel is perfect for Hakone sightseeing. Two minutes from Sounzan station, very convenient going to the lake Ashinoko or in the opposite direction - to Gora by cable car. The hotel is rather small and cozy, the staff is very helpful. We had traditional dinner - very special, worth trying. When leaving, we were given a lift to Gora station. All in all, warmly recommended!

    lindo hotel pequeño con aguas termales, incluso a través de un poco anticuado pero realmente valioso(con lo que pagas), especialmente la cena y el desayuno deliciosos.
