    El onsen muy bueno, separado para hombres y mujeres con onsen tanto en el interior como el exteior. En algunos comentarios se dice que el hotel es viejo y de hecho lo es, pero eso de da un aire de pelicula de james bond de los 70, que personalmente me gusta.

    Las zonas húmedas son sensacionales. La ubicación, amplitud y limpieza de la habitación fue sobresaliente.

    The hotel offers a free shuttle service which is great. Staff are really helpful and rooms are a good size. The outdoor onsen is lovely. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

    The hotel is well located. From the rooms you have a beautiful view of the green mountains. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the train station so you can avoid the steep path. The room was compared to other accommodations in Japan very spacious and we had a lot of space.

    There an indoor and outdoor onsen. The hotel is not so near Gora station (nearest station is Koen Kami, 2 stops from Gora) so if you miss the last train (around 7pm) then you have to walk quite abit unless you don’t mind taking a taxi. Hence advise to have dinner at the hotel instead of having it outside.

    Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Staff great, room was massive (for Japan). Feels like an old school western hotel to be honest. Really enjoyed staying here, plus a short walk to Gora park and cable car stations. Oh and the outdoor Onsen although small was perfect.

    Tajima, one of the staff members was absolutely excellent. He treated me as if I was family he hadnt seen in a long time. Very caring and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

    I loved the room. Really spacious for Japanese standards. The beds were comfortable and we even had a table with chairs to enjoy breakfast or some snacks

    This is a comfortable but slightly dated property under 5 minutes walk from the cable railway/funicular. Check in was smooth and courteous. The view from our room across the valley was lovely. The room was spacious and well appointed. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the station, which was necessary given the steepness of the town.

    The location was great with beautiful views. The hotel has great potential and the building itself is really nice. However we feel that it needs a complete make-over on the inside.
