    Very clean and quiet place with great friendly staff in cool Kreuzberg location. No AC available as is a landmark building but the fan is doing the job even for a person as myself who likes an indoor average temperature of 18-19C. No elevator available but this is ok with me. Awesome breakfast.

    Due to traffic we arrived later than expected and the receptionist waited for us. Additionally she was extremely paitient and kind to us, her service was excellent. The facilities, the location, and the cleanliness of the bathroom were top class. The bed was very comfortable and they had set up a crib for us in advance. Communication through the booking app was extremely efficient.

    Service always excellent. Room very clean and sparkling. Towels fresh. Liked all facilities in the room, including ceiling fan. Bedding always very clean. Breakfast also excellent including gluten free bread. Breakfast room small, cosy and friendly.

    The location is great! The room had a lot of space and the bed was really comfortable. Also pretty quiet even though it is near a busy street

    It was spacious, clean and very quite. It does not feel as you are in the city but in 1min you are out on the street enjoying local cafes and restaurants . Definitely recommend.

    The hotel is in Kreuzberg, on a busy street, but I stayed in Hof 3, which was set back very far from the street and extremely quiet. The location is great: there are loads of lovely cafes on Bergmanstrasse and an indoor market about 10 minutes away. It's a three-minute walk to the underground; a 25-minute walk to the canal; and a lovely 40-50 minute walk to the major museums in Mitte. There was a heat wave when I was there, but even though the room had no AC, it remained reasonably cool. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very large, which felt luxurious, even though the furnishings themselves were quite plain. (Note that the bathroom had a separate tub and shower.) Note that the Nespresso machine is not free: 1 euro per cup, which is reasonable, but it wasn't clearly marked that it cost anything at all (often this is free). The receptionist arranged for a cab to collect me when I had to leave at 5 am, and it arrived promptly.
