    Aside from the long checkin our stay was fantastic, exactly what we needed for our last 2 nights in Sabah. We forgot what a hot shower was until Shangri-La, the beds and pillows were incredible, soooo comfortable, rooms were a good size, bathroom was nice. The buffet breakfast was really good and for the most part staff were friendly. It was in a good location just a short walk to everything would 100% stay again.

    The hotel is in central KOTA KINABALU, a little old for its hardware still well maintained.

    The location was good and the beds were comfortable Even the towels were quite soft even though they didn’t look it Breakfast had a good range but wasn’t very warm. Staff were very friendly

    Value for money. Great transporatation to go out to anywhere from this hotel. I took my son for hos Tennis tournament at Likas Sports Complex and this Hotel was perfect for my travel to Likas Sports Complex.

    The call from receptionist asking about how the room when I just arrived at the room. Our room is 1015,overlooking the mountain. Got bathtub and Toileteries kit. Even Ming Garden, more expensive hotel also doesn't have this. The breakfast also considered good. The shower pressure is enoughly strong.

    VERY COMFORTABLE. VERY CLEAN. SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO BRING FAMILY. EASY TO PARK MY CAR BECAUSE THEY HAVE A PRIVATE PARKING FOR CUSTOMER. THE PRICE IS REALLY CHEAPEST COMPARE THE ROOM THAT YOU HAVE CHOOSE.
