Beautiful location with fantastic view in mountain view room. Shuttle transfers to/from Odawara station included. Also shuttle to different stations in town when required. Beautiful indoor Onsen. Great complimentary drinks in afternoon. Fabulous meal in hotel restaurant - fine dining at its best. Great location for Hakone boat cruise and must-do open-air museum.

It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The hotel is hidden away in Hakone, about a 40 minute shuttle bus ride from Odawara station. The facilities were excellent along with the food. The on-site Spa and onsen (Hot spring) are great also. Great way to relax and recharge. The staff were really helpful and accommodating.

Really nice hotel, rooms are really large and comfortable. we are a family of 5 and we took 2 rooms, but they are large enough to squeeze 4 people in. Service is amazing, there is always someone to welcome you in, everyone speaks English . I also liked the shuttle service. Hakone is a region and not a city , as such you need to move around in order to see the attractions, the shuttle service to take us to the nearest station or outdoor museum was very useful. the hotel has a great western and Japanese restaurants. we only ate the western restaurant. Prices are similar to what you will pay in Australia or on your Fijian holiday ($150 a family for dinner) but the standard and service are really high. Open bar everyday from 4-7pm is really nice to have. we are not big drinkers , but its a nice have. The hot spa in the hotel was great, personally I find it unusual to bath naked , which is the Japanese tradition, but when I went to use it around 8pm, I was the only person in the spa.
