    They have a very nice beach to enjoy sun and sea. Swimming is very safe and they have many water sports. They have a very excellent drinks and ice cream in beach bar

    The staff were always helpful and attended to every need as quickly as possible. The hotel has 2 beaches - one for shallow water and a second beach (accessed via a free boat transfer that lasts 3-4 minutes) for coral and interesting tropical fish. There are some policies enforced for the benefit of the guests: sunbed cannot be reserved for extended periods unattended, beach towels are delivered to your room each night (and changed daily), the dress code is enforced in hotel restaurants (thus maintaining consistency in the atmosphere for all hotel guests to enjoy). To my surprise, the hotel sent an invitation for dinner at their Italian restaurant (Toscana) and also a complimentary souvenir gift with bottle of wine the previous night. The guest relations team were extremely helpful and eager to hear feedback and things that could be improved

    - clean - beach bar offers freshly made snacks (pizza, burgers, chicken wings, etc) between 12-5pm - location, beach is very nice and the old town is only a few minutes walk - sea view from the room balcony

    We had a great and marvelous time at Iberotel Palace. It worth every cent we paid. The hotel very clean (Especially the rooms are too clean). The foods are very delicious and in good quality. The people who service us very kind and respectful. The location of hotel is perfect. It is next to Old Town; reaching to airport, Naama Bay etc. with hotel transportation gives extra freedom to see the other parts of the city. The people who work at hotel are very helpful to arrange activities such as safari, diving and traveling to Cairo by bus. I will suggest Iberotel Palace anyone who wants to visit Sharm El Seyh. Finally, special thanks to General Manager Halil İbrahim. His little touches make everything more joyful and reachable for hotel guest. He has very good relation with guest and people who work at hotel.

    Everthing was perfect .Especially the manager of the hotel halil ibrahim was a nice man. Rooms were so clean.Food was excellent .

    Staff, care of guests, food, facilities, easy access to town, quality of gardens, beach and pool, all were excellent. Also loved the idea of a separate dining area for adults.
