    Just back from staying here, and it was a great trip, Nicola was a very welcoming host, and gave us some great ideas of where to go during our stay. Rooms where very big and comfortable, Location is great for getting into the centre of Bologna, and yet very quiet location itself. I would definitely stay here again next time I am visiting Bologna

    When we arrived at the train station none of the taxi drivers knew the Pretigious House Hotel, until we found one driver who made a phone call and found out where it was. He then took us there. It was a 10 Euro taxi drive from the train station, It was a 2 bedroomed appartment. The breakfast was a do-it-yourself job, with cereals, milk bread and tea bags provided but no orange juice. There was no hot water while we were there, no glasses, no table spoons? We could not recommend this place, and we were very disappointed with the accomodation.

    If you want to have an authentic Italian experience and live like the locals this is the place for you. It’s a gorgeous and huge apartment with high ceilings and lots of personality. The bathroom is outside of the room, but for us that wasn’t a problem. You even get a self-service breakfast, which was a nice touch.

    Easy to get to both by taxi and bus from central train station. Has an elevator so you don't have to carry luggage up two levels. Bed and room was spacious. Nicola made several recommendations for food (bakery, gelateria, local dinner places) and they were all good!

    房子非常美非常美，我本来以为房东开画廊的，后来发现本人就是艺术家。画的画美，收藏的小东西美，人拍的照片也超美。搞得自己不像住店，而是来受艺术熏陶的。当然也是很干净很方便的。不过房东基本不出现，很自由。
