    Personal muy agradable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. La habitación enorme y espectacular. No echamos en falta nada, muy bien equipada. Nos alojamos en un apartamento bastante grande. Muy buena ubicación con el Mall of the Emirates y buen servicio de shuttle a varios puntos de la ciudad

    We got a free upgrade to a suite that had a separate kitchen and seating area (and two bathrooms). There is free, underground parking with ample space (and we had no problems at all with the corners, like some others stated in their reviews). The staff was very friendly. Big rooftop swimming pool with separate kids area and jacuzzi. Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance, although it might be too far (and therefore hot) in summer.

    We stayed here before about 5 years ago soon after it opened and to be honest going back this time was just as pleasant. Apart from minor wear and tear it's still very clean and well kept. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. They have a games room with two xbox consoles and a hand football and pool table. The staff are lovely and friendly. We booked the classic two bedroom apartment but on arrival changed it to the superior two bedroom apartment as it was more spacious ( the one we stayed previous holiday). Breakfast is ok but maybe a little more variety would be good. Definitely recommend for families with children. The mall of the emirates is within walking distance should u wish to walk. Shuttle bus is available too. They also have a health club and spa.

    The apartments are really good in size and well appointed. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is very neat and clean. The check in process was very fast and efficient. The breakfast has a good variety to cater for most tastes. It is well situated and is in close proximity to the Mall of the Emirates, taxis and the metro, so it's very easy to get around. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

    The staff was very friendly.. the size of 2 bedroom apart. Very good specially with 2 bathroom ..location of the hotel is perfect .. near supermarket and mall of Emirates..

    The clean apartments, WiFi, hot showers, breakfast. Spacious for family of 6 in a two bedroom apartment. Washing machine was a bit disappointing due to the trip wire causing issues during our stay. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning our apartment during our week stay. Pools, gym, games room, sauna was awesome here. Close location to Emirate mall. Security guards was great when we wanted a taxi. Overall good hotel, but meals were below average especially dinner, very dissatisfied menu. Friendly chef and waiters.
