    El personal es una pasada de amable y servicial, te ayudan en todo y cualquier cosa te la facilitan al máximo. Nos atendieron con gran simpatía e incluso charlaron con nosotros continuas veces y se interesaron por conocernos. Siempre hay alguien a tu disposición, sea la hora que sea. El alojamiento es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. La piscina excepcional. ¡Estuvimos mejor que en casa!

    room size, bedroom curtains, quietness, breakfast delivery the night before if you place the order before 8pm and have to leave before 7am the next morning

    - very friendly and caring staff, Mr Arga was very nice and asked if we needed anything every time he saw us. The hospitality was amazing. - we rented a bike from the hotel to a very good price. - the breakfast was very good too, with a good variety and many options. - the pool was nice and clean. - the villa was clean. Over all it was a very nice villa, we stayed there for our honeymoon and everything was perfect for it. We checked in earlier without a problem.

    The staff are all very accommodating, the room and the living area is super good. Before I got here I saw some reviews talking about the showering hot water isn’t that hot, but from my experiences, they’ve improved it. they whole service is really good. Some people mentioned the locations isn’t that ideal, but for my opinion, travelling in Ubud you’ll need transportation tools like taxi or scooter, traveling by foot is somehow dangerous here , so under this circumstances, the location is quite perfect for me, cuz I had my taxi driver take me to attractions, and I saw most of the tourists hired scooters. And if you’re not planning to hired scooters or drivers, the hotel provide free shuttle bus to Ubud city centre for both pickup and drop off. I highly recommend this villa. FYI, you can also get a room massage service with a very fair price.

    Very romantic for couple. Good breakfast that you can order at night, then they will serve to you in the villa on the time you required. Feel like you stay in home. Have bathtub with can see the sky view. Comfortable bed.
