    Clean, comfort, and quiet resort, welcoming staff, decent variety breakfast, well maintained facility, No issues with WiFi signal. I also stayed thereafter at another famous resort at the palm but didn't like it as much as we liked Kempinski. We will definitely go back to this Kempinski at our next visit to Dubai.

    It’s a great value for money if you are looking for a hotel apartment as without any meals included the rate will be the same as a hotel room . We originally booked 1 bedroom apartment but got upgraded to two bed apartment . It was clean , nice and perfect for a family of five , including a baby . Our friends got the villa with a private pool and it’s by far one of the best with private pool as the pool isn’t too small and the area around it is great .

    Honestly i like the food and the service provided by the staff in charge of room service dining Mr.Dulwar Hussain. Fantastic food and great service by for sure I will visit the hotel because of that. Also, one Indian staff in the reception forget his name welcoming the gusts in very beautiful way.
