    This place is absolute magic! The hosts, Onie and Made, are incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect. The entire place is filled with joy and we felt instantly welcomed and at home. The rooms are lovely, clean, beautiful view and comfortable. The food is delicious as Onie is a chef. Made is a guide so gives fantastic advice on visiting all of Bali and even took us on a tour around Ubud. Made also makes jamu, a local beverage, that is delicious too. We could write an entire book on how perfect our stay was but in short - magical, amazing and extremely grateful to the hosts for such an incredible stay!!

    Really comfortable and big beds, clean, peaceful. Geswin and Onie were great hosts! They were both very attentive, helped us with what we needed and always smiling :) Loved Onies spring rolls!! Thank you for everything 🙏

    We stayed 5 nights in this peaceful accommodation located about 10min from Ubud. There are only 3 bungalows which makes for an intimate stay. Our room was lovely: clean and comfortable. Our hosts Made and his wife Onie were fantastic, a pleasure to talk with and accomodating in every aspect. Onie is a wonderful cook (I particularly enjoyed my breakfast pancakes!) Made organised our scooter hire and even came to our rescue one night when we had a flat tyre in Ubud; he promptly organised a new scooter and escorted us safely back our ‘home’. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend to any travellers who wants to experience a slower and quieter time on the outskirts of Ubud to consider Kubu Jamu Ps. Walk about 20m from the front gate to see the sunrise next to Mt Agung.

    We spent a week at kubu jamu near Ubud (5-10min in scooter). This place is really nice, very peaceful in between rice fields, perfect to relax from Ubud rush ^^ It's a family business, there is only 3 independent houses so Onie and Geswin are really caring for the guests. We felt super privileged. We had help at anytime for anything (renting a scooter, booking activities, laundry services, booking taxis etc ...). Also Geswin is a former tour guide so he gave us great tips and places to visit and explanations about local custom. It was really nice to share our visits and findings. Also: really good bedding, good wifi, very good breakfast, nice accommodations.

    The location is a bit remote but it is worth it! The owner and his wife are a lovely couple that help me arrange different day tours! Definitely recommend for solo travelers!

    Great location, just minutes outside of the main part of Ubud. The lovely owners offer a free shuttle to get you into town each day and even helped us with our scooter rental. Totally relaxing experience, the property is surrounded by lush fields and the rooms are beautiful villas that are really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great too! Would 100% stay here again, it was such a great experience!

    Locations is remote yet closed to everything, love the wind blowing my mosquito net and yet feel so peaceful in Kabu Jamu Mede “owner of guesthouse” his warmth personality of making me feel welcome, his wife cooking is awesome and so yummy! Can’t recommend this place enough 😊

    Excellent place for decent, respectful people that want to relax in the nature. Each house is beautiful, Eco and clean. Hosts are kind and helpful. I feel lucky I found such a place and such people! Food was great and I really recommend Jamu Ginger- an elixir for body and mind. I had 2 per day each day and I can feel the difference. I also used shuttle from the airport and laundry service of great quality. My next stay was at 5* hotel, but Kubu Jamu is the one where I would definitely go again.

    Die Inhaber , welche die Unterkunft persönlich betreuen waren super. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir beide waren leicht erkältet und bekamen am nächsten morgen sowie danach einen selbstgemachten Ingwershot zur Besserung.

    La guesthouse est certes à quelques km d’Ubud mais il était très agréable de vivre loin de toute cette agitation! Geswin, notre hôte propose un service de navette gratuite, des scooters à la location et énormément d’activités! Que ce soit pour la journée ou la demi-journée. Il est plein de bon conseils et aime partager la culture balinaise. Sa femme cuisine divinement bien! Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et délicieux! Les bungalows en bois sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Je recommande vivement cette guesthouse!
