Honestly the first impression wasn’t really good! We had a terrible room with no blinds, completely bright and also with mould, the lady at the reception although she is lovely, she did not speak English and it was difficult in the first night. I contacted Booking.com and also the hotel manager which wasn’t there when we arrived.From the second day on it was good, they changed our room and the new room was good. We checked the other rooms and the only one which was not great was the one from the first night. The lady who takes care of the hotel is so sweet and really helpful, she made the difference! -

We stayed in the suite with a balcony and view of the caldera which was amazing. The balcony was semi private, no less private than other hotels in this area, the bonus of the location being at the top was that you had no one looking down and into your balcony like others do. The room was spacious and the decor was lovely. We received a breakfast basket every day that had fresh bread and pastries... We loved the jam! The staff were always helpful, kind and our room was always keep tidy. The pool facility was great.
