    Just location in centre of town.. Room at 5th floor ..no lift..102 steps...

    Location was good and convenient, many sources of good food around, even into the late nights. Easy to get transport with GrabCar/MyCar (local equivalent to Uber) in Kota Kinabalu. Day staff was more attentive and changed my room when requested, even transferred my bag into the new room.

    Liked the service that provided during check in and check out. Apologizes for not mention here as totally forgot her name. During check in was superb! If I not mistaken her name will be malar? (Sorry if I not given the correct name) she helped me on wifi connectivity also. Great thing is she mentioned that tv will not functioning due to unforseen circumstances. Appreciate it! Lucky I am not a TV person. Lol Huge helpson this too. Bed are comfort, toilet are clean too. During check out, impressed with honest attitude of your receptionist, again forgot her name. Deeply Sorry on this.. Overall stay I could sums up that this is recommended hotel for traveller that wanna have high speed of wifi and excellent services! Keep it up..
