Personal muy amable. La habitación era enorme y el desayuno y la cena inmejorables. Hay onsen publico y durante unas horas se convierte en privado para que sea mixto y pueda disfrutarlo cada habitación durante 30 minutos.

Overall a good experience of Japanese Inn with onsen and local food. Both dinner and breakfast are big meals with lots of sea food. It's a boutique hotel so pretty quiet. There's an half hour private onsen time for each room, which is good as it suit people like us who do not like to go nude public bathing.

The private outdoor onsen which could be booked ahead was great. The food provided exceeded my expectations.

Great place, good location near the Gora station. The stuff was very friendly. It is a nice Ryokan with great onsen that become private at night.

Our room was very spacious and was a nice treat after the tiny rooms of Tokyo. The staff were very nice and helpful and the food was good. Enjoyed the private onsen included in the price.

The food was incredible. We informed them on booking we would like vegetarian food and it was varied, tasty and beautifully presented. A real highlight of the stay.

Staff were exceptional. Good command of English and no difficulties with understanding. Breakfast and dinner were included. They were able to cope with one vegetarian and one vegan with no problems. The food we got was abundant and tasty. Private onset easy to book and very refreshing. They seemed genuinely sad to see us go. Big hugs from all the staff and pats from the dog. Highly recommend

Fantastic location, beautiful ryokan, gorgeous staff. The onsen experience was peaceful and relaxing- perfect way to end a hectic tour. Meals were very much in the traditional vein - they were huge and delicious, so come with an appetite!
