    1) Staff friendly and helpful - they provided me with a phone charger as I had forgotten the adaptor. 2) Clear instructions sent via email for late check-in (the reception closes at 10pm) - however I had to use google translator as they were in German. 3) The room decor is simple but functional; the bathroom was very clean.

    The staff went above and beyond on more than one occasion to cater for my business needs; allowing me to hold meetings, welcoming my guests, and supplying them with drinks off their own initiative. No language barrier at all.

    I liked the proximity of the hotel to the city. Subway was close by and tickets were bought quickly and cheap. It took us but 20 minutes to get to Main Station and from there we pretty much walked everywhere.

    I liked the styling of the property, it was nice and modern looking inside. The staff that welcomed us as we arrived was helpful and informative and the room was cleaned and beds were made every day without fail. There was a mini fridge in the corner that was a godsend as it was so hot the whole week that we needed ice and cold water a lot. The hotel was only a short walk away from all the hustle and bustle and the train station was only 5 mins away.

    The weather was extremely hot and the first day but, unsolicited, the staff placed a fan in the room. We said before we arrived that depending on traffic we might arrive late we received emails telling us that we would be able to gain entry even if front desk wasn’t manned.
