    Beautiful lovely place, many shops around. The underground and metro station is very close. All the people that lived in the house and the the neighbors from the guesthouse were friendly, helpful and respectful. Max is the most hospitable administrator I have ever known. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Rome and someday I hope to come back to Lanzies again!

    I came to the hotel in 23.00, and had no problems with so late arrival, Max opened me my room remotely! I saw Max the next morning. He gave me a map of Rome and helped me to plan my journey. There was shared kitchen with everything neccessary for cooking. I like this hotel!

    Great place, with equipped kitchen, cozy terrace in a convenient location. Close to metro, bus and airport shuttle. The host was very helpful, by making possible the luggage hold despite our early morning/ evening flight timetable.

    Max was a fantastic host and told us all about the sites to see. The hotel was excellent value for money, with great transport links to the centre of Rome. Could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

    Thank you for everything, Max, you made our stay as comfortable as home. The room was great - spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. The kitchen had everything you need also. The apartment is located in a quit neighborhood, you can't hear any noises during the night. The metro station is just 100 meters from the building, so that made it really easy for us, especially when you return back at the end of the day after a 8-10 hours of walking :) Max helped us with the arrangements for the travel back to the Ciampino airport as well. We are really grateful for everything and we highly recommend Lanzies Guesthouse.
