The hotel is located about 20minutes walk from Hoi An old town, they have a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. It is a new hotel, only a year old i believe. The staff are extremely courteous and accommodating. Phu (Phuong) helped us with everything we needed, she was easy to talk to and always smiling. You get free bike hire but that seems to be at most hotels here.

Room was very big and well decorated. Breakfast has very good range of food and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked an airport pick up at start of our stay which was comfortable and easy then also booked a transfer to the train station when we left. As we weren’t leaving for a few hours after check out we were able to leave our bags and go into town and have a quick shower in the spa when we got back before leaving. We booked a tour to My Som Sanctuary through the hotel and were luckily to be the only ones that day so had a private driver and a private tour guide who spoke excellent English. Everything at the hotel was made very easy, we enjoyed a lunch there, room service, two transfers and a tour which were all just added to the bill so we could pay by card all in one go at checkout.

Great hotel with everything you need. Includes also free services as old town and beach transfer. I will stay here if a come back to Hoi An!

Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach is very handy. Would stay here again if coming back to Hoi An.

Great staff, clean room, awesome cocktail! They have a shuttle service to the beach and old town, all on time and very comfortable! The pool is refreshing and always clean! The breakfast is amazing and well cooked.
