    Amazing and interesting historic property. We felt like locals. Tina went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome. Bologna is a hidden gem. Has been an unexpected highlight.

    I really recommend staying at this place, Tina is a great host, perfect location in a heart of the old town and it is super convenient if you travel to Bologne by car as you can use free parking.

    Great location and especially Tania is so lovely. I had problem with day tour with local guide and she called them and solved the problem for me! Breakfast was lovely with such a calming atmosphere and wonderful coffee. Wonderful building. Definitely I’m going to come back here and stay here again with my whole family! Thank you so much Tania!

    What's not to like. Tina was great, treated us like family, couldn't do enough for us and what a great recommendation for dinner. Just a shame we could not stay longer, maybe a reason to come back.

    This place was amazing! We felt like we were staying in an art museum with the beautifully painted high ceilings in our room. The entire experience was super positive, from our kind and friendly owner, to the spacious beautifully kept rooms, to the wonderfully presented and tasty breakfast. Perfect location for exploring the old town of Bologna. This stay was really a treat!

    Tina is such a nice and beautiful host, and her place is stunning! The 16th century fresco on the ceiling is still vivid. The place is located in the downtown of Bologna, walk distance to all main places of interest. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

    The place is OUTSTANDING. You feel like you live in the 15th century with 21st century 5 star hosting, treatment and amenities. Tina and Beppe are maybe top 3 hosts I have ever met. Friendly, open, polite, they do everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. Highly, highly recommend the. Don`t miss it if you go to Bologna.
