    Totally loved this place. Beautiful decor, a fantastic superiour double room with a small balcony and a great view - you can both see the city and to the other side there is an idyllic view to to mountains. The location is PERFECT! Right In the city center.

    Not a hotel. Effectively self catering, preparing own food, washing up making beds etc. Without the help of a wonderful neighbour we would have not gained access to accommodation. Owners phone permanently engaged. Panic ensued to avoid fine for entering area without a permit. Well located but problematic. Best avoided,

    The room was spacious and charming in an old building which is full of character. Loved all the original features. Much better than staying in an anonymous chain hotel. The location was excellent. A two minute walk brought you to the main square. Although we only communicated via whatsapp, Nicoletta was very quick to respond to any queries and was very helpful.

    The location is perfect, right in the city center. The building, the rooms: beautiful renovated with respect to its original character. The services: nice breakfast, also water, ice tea, snacks for free.

    Lovely apartments centrally located in Bologna. Clear instructions for key code entry. Owner went further than needed to cater for my wife's coeliac disease. Would definitely stay again if in Bologna

    The property was very well furnished and very clean, good facilities and staff were on hand if needed. The old fashioned lift was a lovely touch as we're the period features throughout. I would highly recommend staying here.

    The hotel is situated in a great location close to some lovely restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. I liked the fact that we could help ourselves to drinks and snacks at any time.
